Fatigue is a symptom of COPD as well as many other things. If this is something you have not talked with your doc (PCP or pulmonologist or any other specialist) about, I suggest that you do it soon to determine what the cause of the fatigue is. It could be COPD, but there are a lot of other candidates that probably need to be ruled out. Once you know that it is associated with COPD, you can talk about what you and your doc can do to treat it.

I have COPD and and I'm always tired. I can't breathe well so that doesn't help. Check with your doctor

Exhaustion is a huge part of having damaged lungs.

I am tired all the time. I'm assuming it's because I only have 37% lung capacity. It's draining but have to keep going

This is a oxygen unit that you use when you're away from your home. Most people call it portable oxygen. 😊
