I’ve been on Ivabradine for several months for a fast heart rate, online and in some of the patient leaflets, it’s says some of the side effects Cough, COPD, breathing difficulties. A GP says that information is not in the British Medical Journal. She says I just need to get fit!
According to Drugs.com, the side effects can be:
fast or pounding heartbeats, fluttering in your chest, shortness of breath, and sudden dizziness (like you might pass out);
very slow heartbeats;
severe headache, blurred vision, pounding in your neck or ears;
racing heartbeats with dizziness, tiredness, or a lack of energy;
chest tightness; or
shortness of breath that is worse than usual.
