Fatigue is pretty typical with COPD and may be a result of the COPD, but it can also be a symptom of depression. I'd check both out. Whichever it is, exercise can be very helpful in relieving fatigue. Check with your doc, but certainly consider exercise as a way to relieve fatigue.
