It can be very effective in some people. One of the things that's important to remember is that meds for COPD are targeted to certain areas of the lungs and not all inhalers are targeted toward the same parts of the lung, so the results can be different in different people. Lung damage appears to be pretty individual and not all meds can work for all people. It's often a trial and error to find something that really works for you. So Breztri is very effective for some people, so-so for others and not at all for still others. You have to try it and see how well it works for you.

Have been on it now for 3 years+ Given the deconditioning of no physical therapy for two years plus due to COVID etc hard for me to comment on whether my increased challenges are based on my decline or if Breztri is culprit. I trust my pulmonologist team and have just followed their instructions. Now that I am back in exercise program I am feeling immediate benefits. I am told that Breztri takes a bit of time to kick in.

I just tried it about 2: wks ago and for me this inhaler was brutal!! Right away it tightened my chest right up, even with my rescue inhaler It was always short of breath. Walking was almost impossible. I started to get insomnia at night, I even got a nose bleed which I havent had one in many many yrs. Anyways very nasty for me
