I'm at my whits end. It seems like Im getting worse not better. I've been loving with copd seems like forever. It was ok on just puffers. But no longer. Now it's a bebulizer twice a day. In between those It's hard breathing.

It might be worth it to discuss your inhalers with your doc. You could conduct some experiments to determine which ones are working and assess how well they are working. Once you know which one is working least well, you could see if there are others available that might work better for you. Even though each pharma company has at least one inhaler available in each class, they are all using different chemicals to achieve the same response and some of us react better to some than others. You could see what alternatives there might be for you to experiment with.
