Breztri has been available in the US for several years and a number of people use it successfully. We all react to meds differently; if Breztri doesn't work for you, Trelegy has been out for a number of years now as the first triple action inhaler so you could try that.

Kenkarr, I know. $1700.00 for months. Thank heaven for Medicare (advantage) and Medicaid. The two cover the cost.

I am on trelegy at least for now. It's sooòoo expensive.

I'm talking Trelegy also
It has 3 meds but you only take one puff daily. So far it's Ben very good.
