Go to www.pulmonx.com for lots of information regarding the Zephyr valves. If you want to know the pros and cons, find a site that does the procedure and then go talk with them to see if you qualify. If you're a good cancidate and lucky, they can be very effective. If you're not, sometimes they just don't work or sometimes they have to be removed.
