I was using breo and Spiriva.
Switched to breztri and combivent respimat.
They work excellent for me but it seems like everyone's is not necessarily the same

Wow so glad your ok! I never had pneumonia in my life but it's happening to so many people in this area! I ended up in ICU for 4 days on oxygen it was pretty scary!

I was on symbicort and spirivia I went into hospital in Dec with pneumonia and they switched the symbicort to advair and it's seems to be better for me have not had to use my rescue inhaler in over 6 weeks!

The double dose could be working against you, too. I think you need to find a good pulmonologist and work through your meds with them. The would include your regular maintenance inhalers, and which of the combinations you do best with. Levalbuterol is often used because it doesn't seem to have some of the side effects of the other albuterol derivatives.
