I just bought some NO VOC paint for my kitchen. Can I paint wiht out using a respirator

Based on the ads, no voc paint is supposed to be unscented. My best advice is to try it and see what happens. If you still have a reaction to the scent, you'll know pretty quickly. If you're usually very sensitive to scent, I'd skip that step and use the mask.
