I use too have runny nose too no other issues been a God send for me hand in there

I use Trelegy Elliptica and the only side effect I have is a runny nose. I do think that it doesn’t continue working for a whole 24 hours.

I have used Trelegy for 5 years never had thrush. I gargle after use with salt water seems to work

Few patients know or talk about this issue and likely chalk it up to other causes. One ingredient in the Trelegy medicine could be the cause of these effects. THIS third part of Trelegy is an Anticholinergic and is a possible cause of things like early dementia. This ingredient is in many OTC meds as well. Ask your Doc about ACH Regulation and see if she will switch you back to the BREO medicine instead to control your COPD. I haven't had that issue, but I do keep getting thrush no matter how much I rinse and gargle
