Hi @A MyCOPDTeam Member, try sleeping with supplemental oxygen. This improved my sleep a lot. My doctor told me that when people with COPD sleep, their lungs get even more sluggish so they breath in even less oxygen. So the heart has to work harder to get enough oxygen to the whole body. With supplemental oxygen, our lungs and heart can relax more and we sleep better.
