I am having trouble sleeping. I go to bed tired and then toss and turn. I do a nebulizer treatment a few hours before bed and wondered if that is what causes the restlessness. Anyone?
That's a good suggestion and I'd give it a try. If that doesn't work, talk with your doc about a sleep study to see if there aren't other things that might work.
I have sleep problems. Between 2 and 6 I am often unable to rest. Its like a billiard game. I try a number of things: 1) exercise (stationary bike) to get my circulation going and get tired. 2) eating some tiny bits of easily digestable (non sugary) food and chamomille tea - to catch the sleepy wind to dreamland. 3) Valerian root extract (10 minute interval, if I cant sleep within this window its useless. 4) Spiritual exercise or prayer (my favorite is to sing HUUUU) 5) finding the most comfortable position in bed and taking a little oxygen. Sometimes, I just have to endure until morning. Important is not to panic / get upset about being unable to sleep. Accept it without grudges
Hi Barb it’s worth trying to have the nebuliser earlier and see it’s that helps do you do any exercise as that would help as it can clear your mind, do A trend Re Hab
