l have or l should say l did have dry eyes until my eye dr. put theses tiny plugs in the corner of my eyes,now l don't and l can see much better.

Difference Between Speriva Handi Haler And Speriva Respimat

The handihaler is a dry powder med, the respimat is a mist. Generally the mist is much easier to take and give the same inhalation effort, probably gets farther into the lungs.

I use it all the time. Add it to my oatmeal, saute veggies in it, use it on my hands and hair. Just love it. I use Virgin organic unrefined
