Yes. And unfortunately for some of us, simply rinsing, even brushing, is not always effective.

I take spiriva first thing in the morning literally as I get out of bed, then my 1st of 2 doses of symbicort (don't forget to rinse you mouth well) and 2nd doses 12 hrs later.

I dont use symbicort any more sorry you go to your doctor's clinic and ask for help to get your inhalers and ask for symbicort they should help you
