2. Does the stage correlate to Bronchitis or Emphysema
3. As spirometry has been withdrawn in our area for monitoring purposes, also in some areas isn’t available at all, how do we know
4. Do we gauge our health and wellness on
A) health
B) wellness
C) ability.
5. How many have access to respiratory nurses?
6. Does your (annual) COPD review have more than a question and answer session.

I was told a couple days ago that I have emphysematous changes in the apex of both lungs.. they noted that they are mild. On my pulmonary function test (before I knew the results of the ct scan) it showed moderate obstruction and decreased diffusion capacity.. I have not seen a pulmonologist yet. I am very scared. . What is the worse and what is least worse
You can't feel someone else's tooth ache. So I would say with some conviction that the worse type of COPD is the one you are suffering from.
So @A MyCOPDTeam Member what have you found out from your knew doctor? I am very curious about this.
I am 92 yrs. I use Dulera with air chamber & Albuterol rescue inhaler .

I cough and bring up Mucus during the day. My doctor , after several experiments with different products and we have some to the conclusion that " Anoro" works well for me. It does during the day but when evening comes. I , every so often, have Coughing fits. What am I missing here? Have I been misdiagnosed or is there something else going on. If so, what?
@A MyCOPDTeam Member A Pulmonologist might be able to give you a better answer. but a PCP is a good start.
I am hearing all these pills can take for COPD. That also will work with my two inhalers. Just not sure which ones should discuss with my doctor when I see her March 17th.
