You can purchase meds (including Advair) from www.alldaychemist.com They're based in India, the Advair is manufactured in the UK and sold in India by GSK, the same company that makes Advair. The discus looks exactly the same and the meds the same. You can buy a six month supply for what one month's co-pay is here.
