I have taken advair and spirvia for 7 years now. Advair different doses. The treat differently one is geared for copd, that is the Spirvia and advair asthma. I have both and can not function with out them. Instead of explaining the advantages for both google the differences of the two drugs. I found the Mayo Clinic the most informative! Some people do not need both. Talk to you Doctor for sure!

hello i was just scrolling and happened to see your post about advair did you know that advair and spriva are pretty much the same exact thing? i was on advair and helped at the beginning cause my pcp thought i had asmath from my phamonia but then my breathing got worse and worse even with the advair so he gave me a rescue inhaler and i told him i'm constantly using it i ended up with heart trouble which led me to 8 & a half hrs of testing one day and to find out i have severecopd and heart issues. they have out me on spriva and dulera it works great . i have been on this for 6 yrs noe and needless to say oxygen due to my sleep apenia and i loose ixygen while exercising. You should tell your copd dr. that it's making you worse using both see which one he takes you off of and how you feel and let him know he needs to adjust something.i've never heard someone being on both of thse together. i hope this helps you out
, and i hope you can breath easy .

I use Spiriva and Respiragin. These are preventers and used together, they make the reliever Respigen mostly unnecessary. All these are available in New Zealand free under Public Health.
