I have tried many times over many years having been a smoker for over 50 years and trying all the patches and other items with no effect, having just recently had a bad scare with breathing problems, I just stopped cold turkey and its been 4 weeks now without smoking my resolve gets stronger every day , I think its just coming to a firm decision that works for me , easy breathing my friend

Buspirone, is the medicine I was given for anxiety, earlier answer it was not spelled correctly, it is not narcotic and not habit forming. Makes breathing much easier.
