Does Anyone Use A Bed Wedge To Help Them Sleep And Do They Work?

I am exhausted as I am sleeping in a chair after a couple of flares at night whilst sleeping in bed. I really would appreciate any advice/experience re bed wedges - thanks.

I started walking on the treadmill 2 and a half months ago.I could only walk about 50 steps before stopping at first. Now I am up to half a mile without stopping and I walk 2 miles a day.It made a world of difference. It got My lungs working again and I`m not coughing a lot anymore.

Pillows,,, BIG ONES,, pillows all over the place !... I tried a wedge but felt like I was gonna fall off of it all the time.. so big pillows do the trick for me.

I don't know what a bed wedge is. I just take a couple of 2x4s and put them under the posts at the head of my bed. That raises the bed to the right height and with a comfy pillow I sleep very well. I know what you mean about recliners, they are comfortable and good for a nap but definitely not to sleep in all nite

I use pillows like a staircase to allow my chest to be not flat.
