I have appointment next week, and don't know whether to ask my doctor or not, Has anyone experienced upper back ache not a pain, I don't know if this could be related to lung issue or not, I have been experience this pain in upper back ? Should I even ask the doctor, it is not a bad pain,
I agree - talk with your doctor. I experience something similar - a tightness across my shoulders and neck. I notice it after I've exerted myself - with exercise or walking, when I'm tired or under a lot of stress. From what I've read this could be for a couple of reasons..1) labored breathing putting strain on these muscles which are part of the respiratory track and / or 2) dehydration. I have an appointment with my doctor in a couple of weeks and hope to find out if he has an answer. Good luck - please share what you find out.
I would talk to yur doctor most diffently. It wouldnt hurt to be on the safe side and ease your mind especially if it's stressing you out.
Yep i get a pain that is like a cramp in behind my shoulder blades and i think it is my lungs , If you are coughing a lot or having troubles breathing i feel that we bruise lungs some how and this is why they hurt
I do have one lung that's worse and it my left one doctor showed me the Cray.
If you have COPD, I don't think you have one "bad lung". What could be happening is that you are using your back and neck muscles to breathe, and that will result in muscle pain, perhaps more on one side than the other. It's certainly worth checking out with your doc.
