Where Do I Find Oxygen?
A MyCOPDTeam Member asked a question 💭

I live in Dallas and cannot find answers about oxygen, where to get it, can I refill a small tank etc. I had a appointment with my Pulmonary dr. On Friday and even they can't give me answers. Any help would be appreciated.

I started out using oxygen tanks and finally switched to Inogen. No more deliveries & pick up's! I love the convenience of the battery powered oxygen machine, it only weighs 5 pounds. It has given me more freedom to get out and about. I also have the electric oxygen concentrator for home use. I also have MS so the less I have to carry the better!

It's hard carrying a tank with you all the time I wished I had a small one to carry in purse

I answered your question earlier, but wanted to let you know that I wear oxygen 24/7. I also wear a CPAP at night. However, my CPAP will be switched to a Ventilator here soon. I had a blood test done and the doctor has informed me that I have high levels of carbon dioxide in my blood. The ventilator will help with that. I have my oxygen delivered to my house once weekly. I order it on Friday and they deliver on Monday.
