I have been doing easy leg.feet and arms stretching before getting out of bed in morning for 2 days now.I feel less stiff doing this.
Might want to check out a nebulizer...I have one when I am SOB and it helps a lot
Congratulations! I wish the best for you. I haven't but I will start. I also need to get into a Pulmonary Rehab program but I am so SoB that I am scared. This COVID pandemic really caused me to stay in the house for fear of catching it. Now I can't do anything.😉

@A MyCOPDTeam Member Have you noticed like me that you have far less aches and pains ? I also noticed that the bed exercises make is so much easier for me to get moving 2-4 hours later after coffee and TV .

@A MyCOPDTeam Member I have been doing it about 5 days a week for years and it really makes it easier for me to get moving a few hours later .
