This is an Aerobika. You blow into it. It causes fluttering in your throat to loosen mucus. It works for me.

Flutter valve very effective to remove mucus. Couldn't survive without it.

l have a Aerobika l use it every day,l some time think it helps but some times l don't feel any different after useing it.

Yes they just gave me the aerobica at the hospital last week. I have used it and yes it does seem to loosen up mucus. I think it's worth it saved on wear and tear of coughing and hacking as much.
