Does Anyone Here Use A "flutter Valve" Pr Acapella Valve For Mucous? I've Been Told To Buy One And Want Further Information.

This is an Aerobika.  You blow into it.  It causes fluttering in your throat to loosen mucus.  It works for me.

Yes they just gave me the aerobica at the hospital last week. I have used it and yes it does seem to loosen up mucus. I think it's worth it saved on wear and tear of coughing and hacking as much.

My Dr gave me one . I use it every day. Try drug store or online.   I use it once day. Breath into it sitting about  four sets of ten.

l use Aerotica four times aday and l use it with my nebulizer.l had misplaced it but glad l found it again.it helps when the mucus gets in my throut.

The are both percussive devices that help get the mucous moving so you can cough it up and out. They all work pretty much the same way. I know people who swear by the Aerobika device; same sort of thing. If you have trouble getting the mucous up and out, these are good things to try. You should also disucss using mucinex or NAC with your doc.
