Many people have great difficulty quitting. That said, unless you quit, your COPD will continue to get worse and worse, but very slowly. Death by cigarettes is very slow and horrible and inevitable.

That said, find a good health professional who is skilled and trained in smoking cessation. They will treat smoking as an addiction and use all the tools that are available. There are often groups for support and sometimes mentors. They have a much greater success rate than any other method..

I needed an aid when I decided to quit. The hand to mouth. Heard about Nicotol Inhaler. Need a prescription. It was a blessing for me, Each inhaler has 4 mg. of nicotine. Went as long as I could then used the inhaler. Maybe it will work for someone else Hugs to everyone. Breathe easy.

You're not stupid Gayle and you're not weak Kathy. Cigarette smoking is an addition, and the hardest to break. Took me many tries. Hang in there. Keep trying. Hugs to both of you.

As close as I have seen so far. You don't have to mess with filling the liquid in a regular egig. They come in different flavors too.
