James - as everyone of us knows it's generally harder to breath so expelling the CO2 is more difficult. I know you have a lot of problems with mucus. You should talk to your Doc about mucomyst. It does wonders for me breaking up the mucus.

It's just harder to breathe, period, so everything's a bit harder. You just need to continue to PLB and that should take care of the problem.
