Need Help To Quit Smoking.... Any Suggestions As To What Works Best
A MyCOPDTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have severe COPD and I smoke ( over 45 years)... I recently lost 55 lbs on weight watchers and promised myself when I hit my goal weight ( another 10 lbs) i would quit smoking... So my question is “what seems to be the best methods out there to help me achieve this goal.” I only have 30% lung capacity due to emphysema and chronic bronchitis and I am so tired of not being able to breathe properly.... please help

It worked for me and I tried all other remedies. But the most important thing in quitting is total commitment to quit.

Chantix It really helped me. Gave me nightmares, but it was worth it.
