I helps to keep very busy and keep your mind always occupied on something and always be around people who do not smoke. Keep the air around you clean and when you smell cigarette smoke it will turn you off.
I quite smoking by going to have lazer treatments on accupuncture points of the body and it worked almost instantly and I was a pack a day smoker.
I haven't had one time since that I craved or wanted a cigarette.

I hope this information helps

I used the electronic thing long ago. I started with the 1 that tasted like my brand of cigs at the lowest nicotine--and gradually weaned off to the same brand no nicotine--and when I got there I was not inhaling--it was just the "wanting to smoke' Gum-patches did not work for me.....one day I left without the thing to go into town--did not miss it for along while--when I did, decided that was that.........and it was...........

Just stop again, this disease is hard enough to deal with not smoking. Just stop again ask your higher power for help after a few days physical addiction is gone. You can do this with not smoking and proper diet and exercise you can live a long and enjoyable life. But you have to give up what got you here.
