Yes that belt tightening feeling in the chest sucks
Stay calm and breathe thru it
Sometimes easier said than done
And yes the Burn means take a break

Yes I have the burning feeling in my chest all the time
I also have tightness like tightening a belt way too tight
Those are my worse feelings

Yes, burning lungs most of the time, you are not alone, l get very heavy arms as well, aĺso, l have NO desire to go back to work! Does anybody else feel that way?

Get to see your Dr or go to AnE department x in the meantime put some steaming hot water in a bowl and a towel over your head breathe in the steam slowly it will help get the little hairs in your lungs moving easier x hope this helps but DO go to docs or hospital or get the dr out x hugs

My lungs burn sometimes in the bottom part what could that be from I'm stage 3 COPD
