I have been on Spiriva and Symbicort for over 10 years, and both worked well for me, Tried Trilagey and within a month I had continuing flu-like symptoms and felt really ill. Went back on the Spiriva and Symbicort and felt much better. Stay with what works for you!

I've been using the Trelegy 200mcg for about 3; years.. I was on Spiriva and Symbicort for a few years. I started out using Trelegy 100mcg , then the 200. It was working pretty good for the first year and half, then I got worse and went to the 200. And it was doing good as well. But now , I'm End Stage #4 , and nothing works as well as it used to. But I'm still using it , and I can definitely tell the difference if I don't use it for a day or so, if I run out or something. So it's definitely worth trying out. Hope this was helpful to you πŸ‘ Stay safe and Focused out there. Blessing to you and yours.πŸ™πŸ¦…πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ

I have used Trelegy for probably at least 2 years, and it seems that the longer I use it the better I feel. I also use oxygen therapy. My lung function appears to be improved and I have had no exacerbations. My ability to do activities of daily living and many more things has improved as has my overall stamina. Before Trelegy I had used Symbicort, Incruse, Spiriva, and Breo with varying degrees of success.

I've been on Trelegy roughly 2 months, I can tell a big difference also its nice taking one puff a day instead of the Spiriva and Symbicort.

Whether any med works for you depends on how you react to it. There are people who have used Trelegy and done very well with it, and others, like those of you who just wrote it who find it doesn't work as well for them. You really have to try to see what works for you. For those folks who find it works well for them, it's great; others not so well. The chemical makeups of each of the LABAs, LAMAs and ICSs are different for each manufacturer.
