Fatigue is very common with COPD, but it's also a symptom of many other things as well. Get yourself checked out to be sure there's no other reason for your fatigue. If there's not, then talk with your pulmo about what might help your fatigue. Two thoughts: because depression is often a cause of fatigue, so good talk therapy may help a lot. Also a daily exercise program will help as well. Talk about both with your doc.
