Not safe for me to bend forward. Not only do I get short of air, I get dizzy. I bought a grabber to pick small things up off the floor. Also use it to get things that are up too high. I get really short of air when I reach up.

I have a cleaning lady which helps with the cleaning, as I have issues with bending and vacuuming. Real makes a difference.

Yes, bending is a real problem for us. I use swiffer cleaning wands and mops for my floor. I also have a long handled scrubber for the tub.

Keep a small step stool handy and sit on it instead of bending over when possible.

I also try not to bend down when not needed
