Yes, Trelegy is a triple combination med that combines a LAMA, LABA and ICS. The Symbicort is a LABA and ICS combination, and Spiriva is the LAMA. So, it's all the same, but with Trelegy it's a once a day inhalation and that's it.

I use Trelegy Ellepta. Have used it for about 8 -12 months. It seems to work. You MUST remember to rinse your mouth thoroughly about 19 minutes after taking it or you will develop Thrush in your mouth.

I’m on Breztri twice a day. Similar to Trelegy. It has 3 medications instead of 2 or 1. Was on Symbicort but Pulmanologist switched me to Breztri. You can also get a coupon for pharmacy to get Breztri FREE with insurance!
