The Trelegy is not a machine. It is an inhaler that my dr. suggested that I try. It takes the place of two of my other inhalers. It does seem to be working.

The Trilogy machine is a non-invasive ventilation system that can be used like a c-pap or bi-pap machine. They can be very effective.

I use the Trelgy bi pap at night with oxygen, its to keep your carbon dioxide levels down, been on it for 4 years now, works great. Did take a while to get use to the mask.

Me neither. I use a nebulizer but wish an inhaler would work for me.
