Life expectancy has way more to do with what you do than with anything else. Exercise, good diet and eating habits, hydration, a positive attitude and an active social life will do more to keep you alive than most other things.

@A MyCOPDTeam Member I was diagnosed in 2017 with stage 4 and told I had 3 years.People with lower stages and more lung capacity are worse off than some others. Don't focus on the Numbers, They mean Nothing! Attiude, and knowing your body and how it reacts is what matters. Exercise Won't Heal, But it keeps you Healthier than not doing anything. Never give in...
