Hard to breathe all the time
Until God decides when your time is up, but you must help yourself in the meantime. Get as much exercise as you can little by little every day and watch your diet also. Those are the most important things to remember to do @A MyCOPDTeam Member
As people have said: exercise, good diet, weight control/loss/gain (whichever you need), good hydration, take your meds, stay active.
@A MyCOPDTeam Member, Howdy and from what I understood is that one can have copd for quite awhile, and one day it just flares up to make your life miserable, but it is what you do while your here just like @A MyCOPDTeam Member said there are some thing's you can do to try to keep it at bay, a good diet, no smoking, and some excercise is key to living alittle bit longer!
