Got to be a tiny bit too much doesn’t help. I find a small hand fan much more useful when I can’t catch my breath

It does help with sob some and anxiety too!

It's not so much that it helps with breathlessness; it really reduces the anxiety that breathlessness can create and that helps enormously.

My GP seems reluctant to prescribe it. I wonder why. Cost perhaps?
