Does anyone know who I would contact to see if they buy portable concentrators that are used? It's only a year and a half old. Thanks

It is a respironics pulse that goes up to 6 and continues only up to 2. It has 3 batteries and a charge cord and a cart. I don't want it to sit too long as the longer it sits the value drops. Thanks if anyone has any ideas?
