Ask Pulmonologist first. I had to stop as it, caused me to cough up blood.

You need to ask your pulmonologist or respiratory therapist for one, @A MyCOPDTeam Member, and they will prescribe whichever one they think will help you best.

Otherwise, you can go onto Amazon and search your options and pick one.

I have been given an Acapella DM by my Better Breathers Club, and my pulmonologist prescribed the Aerobika. There are other devices out there, like the air physio, but I’ve never used that one.
