Not a doc, @A MyCOPDTeam Member, but do you have a hernia in your abdomen area? They often make gurgling sounds prior to being surgically repaired.
As @A MyCOPDTeam Member suggested, though, please call your pulmonologist or primary care doc for an appointment to help you figure out what’s going on. As my Mom used to tell us, the doctor’s expert guidance is worth every cent involved in the co-pay. And if they tell us they can’t find anything / not to worry, that expert reassurance is priceless.
