From what I have learned in the past 17 years, it's progressive. The only way to slow down the progression is a good medication protocol. They told me way back then I would out live my lungs with my fev1 of 17.3%. However, with good management of my medications I've not lost much more till this past year. This year has been a struggle because my grandson. He crawls into bed with me when ever he wakes up. Well, he started public school. He was out the second week sick and it's been a roller coaster of colds, flu, and virus all year long. This is the last week of the school year and he's going into first grade. I say great success. We survived all that and a third round of the covid virus to boot. God is great.
