May add to what @A MyCOPDTeam Member replied that other people can also see your posts and replies.

I'm not sure but I think the box says "reply" when you are answering a post that someone sent you, otherwise it says "comment". Either way the post will get to the right person particularly if you add the @ sign in front of someone's name. This goes to @A MyCOPDTeam Member and @DianeGregg. Hugs to both of you, Chris
