I think I figured out what was happening why I can't answer any questions. On my page where it say q and a at the top there is all the questions and next to it there is 3 dots and you have to click on it and it will bring down 3 other things like answer now new old and so on so I have to change it on my end . And BTW I am still waiting for support and I do know that I will not hear from them but that is fine because I still don't know how to take a screenshot. BTW have a lovely day everyone
