I've been on O2 for 10 years and have always had the nose inserts facing up into my nose. A technician was here to check my O2 machine and told me that was wrong. The inserts should face down. I could feel the coolness of the O2 with them down but seem to get the same O2 readings whichever way I place them. I'm at the scary stage of copd and will appreciate input.
