Has anyone tried salt rooms?

I tried a salt room once and was impressed with how my lungs cleared up and got rid of phlegm. Does anyone have information abot salt rooms. Are they good or bad?

The salt room here in Billings is a room that has all the walls built with salt rock an then they spray salt water into the room. The room holds four people with recliners and is 30 minutes long.
