My pulmonologist just switched me to the 200 one

INCORRECT. The TRELEGY 200 version is not "FDA Approved" for COPD - only Asthma. But since some Asthma conditions overlap other Respiratory conditions anyway, this is a hard press indeed. The 100 works well most days of my MEDS routine.

The 200 number is only an increase in the Steroid component. Many respond well to (more) steroids and the way Inflammation and phlegon is reduced. Unless you have been led to believe that ALL steroids are bad for you!

The real issue is that your insurance company may not pay for the 200 version without a fight. My Doc once gave a Sample 200 version to try out. I trust him more than the FDA administration these days. Your mileage may vary.
