Trelegy isn't working. Is there anything else I can try even if going back to just a bronchodilator and steroid? Any better than Trelegy?

Stage 4 COPD with very severe Emphysema. Trelegy was supposed to be the best but not believing there isn't a better combo of inhalers for me out there.

Nebulizer treatment that I Take
Yupelri 175 mcg/3 ml 1 x daily
Formoterol Fumarate 20 mcg/2 ml 2 x daily
Budesonide 0.5 mg/2 ml 2 x daily
Ipratropium Bromide and Albuterol Sulfate 0.5 mg 3 mg per 3 ml. 4-6 hrs
Lorazepam 0.5MG as needed for panic attacks
I found using the nebulizer for all medications adds moisture to my lungs which aids in coughing up mucus.

Dual bronchodilator combinations (no steroid):
* Anoro Ellipta (umeclidinium/vilanterol)
* Stiolto Respimat (tiotropium/olodaterol)
* Bevespi Aerosphere (glycopyrrolate/formoterol)
