1 for morning

There are portable Spirometry devices to measure FEV1% and help manage our Condition. THIS device was approved last June, 2020.

I don't know what it means, but pulmonary told me I was in stage 4 and if I don't quit smoking and use a c pap at night that I would die in 6 months. Well they gave me a trilogy machine and it's up to me to quit cigs. Not so hard to quit. So far it's been impossible to stay quit. I stay so depressed. This disease has control of what I can do now.
