I currently use stiolto and pulmicort. I saw a commercial for breztri and I wonder if it would be a better choice? My exacerbations have not been reduced by stiolto.
I find nebulizer is better.
I read where a few members say nebulizer treatments have made their COPD worse.
Have others had a problem with treatments ? I , myself, have not .
I would like to hear from members who have had Neb treatments worsen their COPD.
Breathe easy and rest if needed .
COPD gets worse, so how anyone can say its the nebulizer I dont understand. that
Does it cause fluid retention?

Spiriva, Advair, Pulmicort, are all very expensive drugs. It's been over a decade, why are there no generics. I'm prescribed Spiriva and Pulmicort, and my monthly bill is well over $100.

yes,i've been on it about a month,it has no steriods which i like and it seems to help with coughing up phlem.I myself like it,it's a mist and it's easy to use,i wish i had tried it earlier.
Only sprivia capsules???and yes some it does not work for Arono but one does have to find the medicine that works for them ππ
