I fly a lot with no problems. I would check with your doc to see it there's a good chance you'll need supplementary O2 for the flight. Most of us do need O2 for flights because the cabins are only pressurized to 8000 feet. You can ask your doc for a High Altitude Simulation Test to see if you'll need O2 for flying. If you do, you need to go to the website of the airline you'll be flying and print out whatever documentation they require. Get your doc to sign it and you're good to go. Every domestic airline except Delta requires you to do this only once and you're good. Delta requires that you see your doc every time you fly.
I fly 3 times a year w8th no worries x
I flew you just have to get a physician clearance from whatever company you are flying with. They usually on their web site.
i recently flew with oxygen for 1st time recently and needed a flight assessment done,,ur hospital consultant will arrange it and it will tell them whether your saturation levels drop while in the air.
just ask your doctor to be safe.
