thanks my first visit with a specialist is not until august 27th and my primary dr is out on maternity leave. i just found out a month ago about cb/copd after suffering for over 3 months before someone realized what was wrong

Hi Kathy. As you can tell, medical terminology is very important in managing a Chronic condition. So I don't seem or try to sound like a doctor, this article has a lot of your answers. Your real Doctor has the rest.

Suffice it to say, there is a reason they take our temperature, blood pressure and ask about how many cups of coffee and tea we drink every day. WE should probably know these same numbers every other day - at least. That's what keeps the possibility of "Flare-ups" at bay.
